Just 5 easy steps
1) Organising Forms & Dates
- Download the order form and collation sheet and print off the desired no. of forms.
Please confirm your dates with the office before handing out forms.
- OR -

We can customise fundraiser's to suit your needs.
We can print the forms and post them to you.
Please remember to allow one week between us recieving your collated order and
delivery.
2) Collecting Orders & Collation
- Hand out your order forms
- Collect them in before the due date and collate on the form provided.
- Collect and bank all the monies owed to your organization. N.B. Please have
cheques made out to your organisation and bank.
- Fax or email the completed collation form to Montana Bakery by the due date.
You should now have your profit in the bank
3) We Will Despatch Your Order
- We produce and package your order and send it by refrigerated freight to you on the
pre-arranged delivery date.
4) You Then
- Check that the numbers of product sent matches your order, then distribute the
individual orders which have been retained by you.
5) Payment
- Is due within seven days of the delivery date.
